The Auction can't happen without you!
You can further help the Zoo by making or arranging for the donation of one or more auction items. Fine wine is, of course, the focus of this event, and we have auctioned off numerous exceptional wines from some of the finest cellars in the Midwest. We would love to count your cellar among them. If you'd like ot donate some of your own "elegant vintages" we can assure you they will find good homes in fellow wine-lovers' collections.
Some of the most sought-after auction lots are gourmet dinners at restaurants or private homes (the donor's or the bidder's) with wine provided by the donor. This is a chance to really show off your cellar! Bud donations need not be limited to win. Every year, attendees have the opportunity to bid on outstanding vacation packages, art, jewelry, wine tastings, event tickets, sports packages, collectibles and other unique experiences.
If you feel you have nothing to donate, never fear! Your cash donation will allow us to source collectible wines from Kahn's Fine Wines at deep discounts, and we will offer these wines at auction as your donation. These lots have historically brought two to five times the donor’s original cash amount!
Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law and all donors will be recognized in the manner they choose in the Auction catalog. The deadline for donations is Feb. 3, 2016.
